Cream, I *think* they might both be right! Australian carb counts, I'm pretty sure, pre-remove the fiber, so you don't remove it a second time. Also, there are a few types of avocados, did you choose the same kind for each program? One is higher in carbs than the other (which exactly I am unsure; they aren't something I eat on a daily basis, but there is a fair differece among the two popular brands in North America)
