I don't have any experience doing Low Carb with diabetes or a heart condition BUT I wanted to wish you well on your way to better health; It sounds like you are on the right track with those blood sugar readings.

Did you ever make it to the Diabetes Forum here? I'll bet you will find a lot of help/support there as well.
