anyone have any experience with the varios low carb breads out there?

Arnolds makes a baker light whole wheat bread, with 9g per slice, so as a treat, i have half a slice with cream cheese.. its nice to be able to eat bread, and it tastes so much better than the low carb breads that have 6-8g per slice
