sorry... i probably should have rephrased that... i go by the 1992 edition, although i did double-check the atkins nutritionals site for the list of induction foods before i posted that. it lists avocado as something that can be used, but may need to be avoided in the first couple of weeks.
i need a new copy of the book anyway... with all the re-arranging going on in my house right now, goddess only knows where the hell it ended up... for all i know, the cats stole it and the bird has been using it as nesting material!
