Lauren and I walked to my parents house today. I think it is about 4.5 miles. I racked up 11186 for aerobic steps. It took us about 1.5 hours. I was thinking it was only 3 miles, but I was off a bit. I was feeling pretty good until the last hill and then my feet started to really hurt.
