Thanks everyone for your replies....the cream cheese we have here which is yummoo is white but squidy looking and it is spreadable like margarine.....I guess the one u are talking about Talon is the one we would call our philadelphia cheese which is solid but spreadable and actually u make cheesecake with....so I guess that is the one I should be able to have.
