Hey gang!

I have been playing with this a bit, and have found that if you drain off some of the "water" the result is much thicker without having to use anything specifically as a thickener. Drain it off along the lines of the way you drain yogurt to make yogurt cheese. (coffee filter and strainer...)

Using a powdered sweetner always makes for a thicker consistency. I also have added a scoop of chocolate prowtein powder from time to time and that also makes for a thicker dish.
