I love the internet and especially these forums. Because of the information I can find through them I actually (for the 1st time) feel like I can control what happens to my body. I am responsible for how good I feel, and while I don't always do what I should, I know what to do!! Hehe, like I know a secret that most people don't know - what is best for my body.
