That's the spirit! I think sometimes we tend to "over think" some of this stuff. CAD is easy....if you are not craving and you are losing some weight, then it's working for you.
And bringing in concepts from a different plan may confuse the issue of whether or not CAD is working for you. The ketosis is something I think Atkins stresses strongly, while the Hellers don't seem to.
I believe I read something in one of their books about the possibility of one going into ketosis, but they don't seem to consider it important, as Dr. Atkins does. But that's just my take on it...be sure to read and reread your book....there's gold in them thar pages, just waiting for you to pick it up. I get something new each time I reread my books!
