Suzie, if you check out my journal from about November 11, 2001 on you'll get an idea of what I was eating when I began and how it changed over time. I think it's around page 24.
One piece of advice: try and get over thinking 'meals and snacks'. Your 6 meals should be interchangeable; similar protein / fat / carb ratios for each one. Think "fuel"
