went out to lunch today at the cheesecake factory and ordered a cobb salad. good choice or bad choice? i figured it had to be good because the ingredients were:

lettuce
chicken
blue cheese
avocado
bacon
tomatoes
**of course, dressing on the side!!

all that fat - how could it be bad, right?
