Okay I went back about 3 pages in your journal before I saw your first menu posting.
It doesn't look like you even had 1000 calories that day.
Could it be you are eating too little food for your body to feel comfortable enough to let go of the fat cells? You should be having at least 1200 calories a day according to medical studies, to prevent the bodies starvation defense from kicking in.
Could you perhaps start listing out your daily menus so we can at least understand what it is you are eating and how much?
