Weds - no workout
Today I combined weight training & cardio because of yesterday.
5 min warm up
30 mins treadmill, no incline super fast walking
weights (machine & free weights) 10-12 reps - 3 sets arms, abs, chest, legs, back. The dip assist and pull up assist definitely make me sore.
I'm trying to lift alot of weight and only do 10 reps. I'm not lifting more then I can handle but it's still more then I used to do. I'm slowly getting over my fear that I will bulk up.
