I forgot to post this:
5 minute warm up
30 minute treadmill workout w/ incline
10 minutes w/ very steep incline, as low as the treadmill allowed
20 minutes no incline w/ increased speed
cool down
I had pep in my step and really enjoyed the workout!!!
