I decided that it really does help me a lot if I do actually post here, so here goes:
AM:
lifted upper body (light workout)
10 min. treadmill, walking 3.5
15 min. walk w/puppy
Feels good to get back into a routine after my 2week hiatus. Plan on walking puppy for 15 min. at lunch, and again for 15 min. after work.
