Learned Round 2 - Incline bench press 10 pounds 25 reps
- Bent row 10 pounds 25 reps
- bicep curls 5 lbs 25 reps
- tricep pressdown 10 pounds 25 reps
- shoulder flyes to side and front 3 pounds 20
- cruches as many as I can
- yes/nos as many as I can
Doing 2 sets of each 25 reps each
