Thank you so much.I did not realize that 10% should come off the first 2 weeks. I guess your right. I have been eating lotsa sausage, pork chops, egge and bookoo water. No probs there. I guess I will have to keep pumping away and see how it goes. Can I stay on the induction menu longer if I am comfortable with it, 20 grams or less. Thanks, Steve
