I did it for seven days. I lost 7.5 pounds. I gained back 2 but it was what I needed to get me motivated to be more disciplined with Atkins. It wasn't easy; I really missed my cheese, cream and mayonnaise, but I can't argue with the success of it! I'm back on my modified CAD plan, but with a LOT less carbs. I think I broke my addiction to cereal and juice for breakfast by doing Stillman; I have no desire for them now.
It's not easy. I had to keep telling myself I was only doing it for seven days, regardless of how much I lost. But now I know I can always go back on it if I need to.
