Thanks so much for your words of encouragement--I did do my 6 mile walk this morning--And instead of throwing up my hands and saying, I can't do this. I fiqured I would just dig in--I have had plenty of water today ( about 140 oz's) and I am feeling better. I do so much appreciate the support on this forum.
