Hi Marisa,

Just keep in mind, you're doing low carb, not low fat---fat is your friend! Take a few minutes and enter your menu in Fitday
http://www.fitday.com I think you'll find that your calories are around 1200--that's why you're hungry.

If you're hungry--eat! Just keep the carbs at 20 for the day. The rule of thumb, believe it or not, is that your calories for the day should be 10 or 12 times your current weight. There several threads in "Hot Links" (in the newbies section) about this.
