I eat quite a bit of fruit, & have since I began Atkins. I mainly stick to cantaloupe, honeydew melon, strawberries, blueberries, and occasionally half an apple, orange, or pear. As healthy as fruits are, I see no good reason to exclude them from your plan, unless they cause you to crave sweets (which apparently happens to some people).
