I have a 28 inch waist, my hips are about 34 1/2 to 35 inches. I thought my waist was way to big for my size. Before I started Atkins it was 30. I'm shaped like a boy so I thought I hate my body. I always thought I should have a 25 in waist, but I don't think like that any more.
