I found the Cavalier brand chocolate at my local Healthy Living Health store in Wellington. The one I bought is Belgian Tablet Dark - No added sugar.

The ingredients are:
cocoa mass, sweetener maltitol, inulin, emulsifier: soy lecihin, flavouring: vanilla. No sugar or fructose.

per portion (4 pieces):
protein - 0.8g
carbs - 6.5g (of which polyols 6g, sugars 0.1g, lactose 0g)
fats - 4.2g
sodium - 17mg
fibres - 1.8g

They also sell small bars but these had milk powder in them, but no sugar.
