Hi everyone~
Well.........it's been about 7 weeks and I haven't lost any weight. I've been doing lc for a long time and this is the first stall over a week that I have had when I was eating what I am suppossed to. I will be spending a lot of time reading all the posts today from others who are having a hard time.
I know I have come a long way but 7 weeks is a long time and I am getting depressed about it..........I'm not doing to blow my WOE but feeling blue and not sure what to do about it.
