I've been falling a little behind on posting my exercises.....just no time these days.

Today

20 mins Elliptical HIIT -
1.54 miles
266 calories

I will be at the gym tonight and planning on a full body work out tonight, UBWO and LBWO - plus, I plan on doing 35 min on treadmill.

I'm going to try and get my UBWO in, but if I don't I will be doing the UBWO tomorrow, then LBWO on Sunday afternoon or Sunday evening.

Cardio will be done every day for the rest of the week.
