I wonder if I that would explain why I've been feeling a tad dizzy lately and getting those terrible carb cravings. I've got to try this! I will learn more, get going on it and then I'll let you know how it goes.

This is a great time for a change. Change of weather, getting off meds and ending TOM too. I might feel normal again soon. What a concept!
