Hi Inna! Sorry you are having trouble with Protein Power. I don't know much about that, I use Atkin's. I am sure there are people who don't benefit from low-carbing. You may not be insulin resistent. You might consider another successful plan like Weight Watcher's.

But remember, you might be a slow loser on any plan. Our bodies fight weight loss and you might just be good at that. Have you had a complete physical lately? You might consider getting your thyroid checked and find out if there are any other physical problems causing this. Birth control is another possibility.

Looking at your profile, you actually have a decent loss. Don't do what I did - when I was your age I was always seeking an easier faster way. I never found it. So I kept gaining. I hope you get a handle on this while you are still so young - believe me it gets worse.

You might consider starting a journal and making sure that you are following PP correctly. Best of luck to you! Cindi
