Working my way up to 25 MINUTES 2.5 MILES THIS WEEK!
I went to the gym last night, I didn't get to run the amount
of time I had hoped because my shins were stabbing like
crazy! I am going to make sure I stretch very good tonight
before I run or get on the elliptical. I did arms last night
and will be doing legs tonight, and cardio!
