a very hard workout today that was totally fun
hour on ellipical machine(crying)
inverted leg presses 3 sets of 10 with 90 pounds
inverted leg pressed 3 sets of 10 with 100 pounds
back extentions 3 sets of 15 with 130 pounds
sauna 20 minutes
being chased around inthe gym priceless
waterfight outside the gym with a white tee on (really priceless)
