Okay, I "said" I was going to do good this week, but it ain't happening. I'm doing good with exercising and eating this week, but I must start writing it down.

Monday, did LBWO - very intense - very sore - also added 30 min of cardio

Tuesday - 20 min of Cardio - HIIT

Wednesday - UBWO - 10 min on bike, 5 min on treadmill - very steep incline - 15 min on Elliptical (30 min total)

Today is my cardio day, haven't done it yet, but planning on doing it around 3 this afternoon.
