got to the gym and saw my old battalon officer. worked out with him and he was pooped before i was
ellipical machine 30 minutes
inverted leg presses 3 sets of 90
ab crunches on 30 degree incline 5 sets of 10 with 10 pound weight.
no sauna today boys and girls. its raining outside and it felt great to walk in it for the cooldown period
