didnt go to the gym today. was a little sore and tired from being up late. tomorrow i think i will do more legs and thighs but will stay on that evil contraption called an ellipical machine for 45 minutes. want to do an hour so maybe if i do two 30 minute periods it might help. i also need to work on the crunches.
