Oh boy, I gotta get better at this. I've really been slacking at preparing my meals, writing down my workouts and getting up in the am to exercise.
So, this is my last week to slack off - after this week I have 4 weeks to go to the finish line of the 12 week challenge and I'm going to pump it up some. So, get ready for a new me!
