Today was my very first day on the Atkins diet... I'm really into it as i've a LOT of weight to lose (prob 10 stone). I feel i did really well my first day... i just hope i can continue it!

Nice to see yous all... i was beginning to think there weren't any others from the UK here.
btw, I was brought up in America, but have lived in Scotland for many years.
