C1 - Week 6, Day 37, Tuesday, May 16
No am exercise, I felt my body needed the rest and I really wanted a good, hardcore LBWO today. So I decided I would workout this evening so I can really put every ounce of effort into it! I am looking forward to my workout tonight!
My calves are a little sore today from the step aerobics yesterday - man what a workout!
Exercise has become a part of me now, I love strength training - I love the changes happening to my body. I will be so happy when its the body I want!
