All the recent posts made me laugh
I needed that. I am going to stick to the program. It's been only 2 months and even though I haven't lost much weight, I feel lighter, less sluggish. I don't get weird blood sugar swings anymore--you know, the ones where you feel like someone pulled your plug--
Maybe my body just needs time to adjust before it gives up its fat stores. By the way, did any of you have muscle aches, especially in the chest area? while getting used to a LC diet?
