Little Semi-Workouts
Lately, I have been leisurely walking or riding a bike, nothing too hardcore or difficult. Today was a diiferent story. I had to take out my breaking heart on the elliptical (boy troubles) and burned 1,000 calories.
I took a picture of my (irritatedly sore) abdomen. I am going to start working on my abs, once I am back to 100 percent.

Elliptical 65 minutes / 1.000 calories
It was a good workout, but why are men so cruel?!
