Have you considered CAD/CADL. Many people find that once they come out of Atkins induction or add more than four lc meals/day, their weight stalls or they gain.
CAD/CADL regulates insulin levels while allowing a 60 minute reward meal which can include carbohydrates. It also addresses the problems of insulin resistance and diabetes. Adaption of this plan might allow you to lose the weight without being calorically deprived.
