That's a good list, but there's no substitute for the book, whatever plan you're on. Dazy, the rules for Atkins induction are altogether -- no leafing through the book to find things. There's a list of rules, and then the allowed foods.
(And don't forget to read the rest of the book for what to do after induction!)
