Thanks for the encouragement it really helps when you have a downer. I hope you are back on the road to success also. I had a complete nothing left hysterectomy. So if there is any TOM symptons they are fathom at best or worst depending on how you view that sort of thing. I am going to cut back on Carbs today and see how that goes and if I can get back into ketosis.
