I'm doing everything you mentioned except the walking. Funny before SAD kicked in I was walking just about every day. Since then and the 8 pound gain, I've only walked twice. That devil sure is working! I still do the body flex everyday though. I love being able to bend again!
I'll get back to walking, I promise.
