I would like to know about the ratio of protein, fat and carbs.
I went to fitday and this is what is showed for today. I kind of
think the protein maybe a little high what do you all think?

Allow went out of ketosis today. I think to many carbs for me on the induction. Also retaining water. I had a heterectomy 12 yrs ago so no TOM here. Starting to feel a little tired and depressed. But will forge ahead. Cindi I love cheeseburgers and Burger King and what-a-burger are soooooooo good. But so far have been able to resist. Have a good one ladies.
