Fry the sausage up with shredded cabbage.
Scramble it with eggs and top with cheese.
Roast it in the oven with sliced bell peppers and onions.
Grill it with lc bbq sauce.
Make kebobs with it and some good veggies.
Make a New England like dinner with it: Sausage, cabbage, onion ... maybe carrots and slow cook (boil or crockpot).
