Your recipes look scrumptious! I am not only low carbing but also on a yeast free plan. That means I can't have cheese (dairy of any kind), vinegar, mushrooms, or sugar. Do you have any recipes for me? I'm not sure I can have the Capers because they are pickeled which usually includes vinegar.
