I know. It's amazing, isn't it?

Even though there are rough spots, its incredible to feel that you are the one in charge of your destiny, not a piece of chocolate.

After writing that, I'm struck by the "weighty" truth of it. How many of us have let that piece of chocolate - or carb of choice - control us?

It's pretty insidious and not something you are even remotely aware of until you start to change it.
