Default What carbs Tesco's soya milk?

Hi everyone,

When I lived in England I used to use Tesco's own brand soya milk in tea and coffee. It actually tastes like white wash but you get used to it!
Unless I am mistaken, and I may be, it is listed as zero carbs.

Now I live in Belarus and I managed to buy some dried soya milk. Same awful taste but this stuff has the same amount of carbs as soya flour.

So, where lies the truth? How many carbs does soya milk have? Is it worth bringing a few litres of the Tesco's stuff back after Xmas or just use the local product?

Anyone any ideas or info?

P.S. I don't mind ordinary milk or cream but dairy seems to make me stall.

Love to all back in dear old Blighty.

Robert
