Yesterday I did 6 miles in total. Here's the breakdown:
AM 2.3 miles on the treadmill
PM 2.0 miles Walk away the Pounds two Mile with weights
1.7 miles on the treadmill
I didn't workout this morning. I wasn't really tired but I didn't want to get out of bed. It's probably a good thing because those lunges and squats got me good! My butt and thighs are nice and sore. I probably won't workout tonight either because I have a baby shower to go to.
