I'm new to the board, and am also an avid cyclist. I posted a question on the Atkins page about cycling and low carb. I do long distance, metric's and centuries, and yesterday on a 45 mile training ride I bonked. First time. I've only been riding since last September but have logged about 1500 miles. I just started on Atkins last week, and need some advice as to how I can lc and still ride long distance. Any thoughts on Maltodextrine, and Sugar free GNU?
