I personally seem to tank when I use the frankenfoods -- Cub & Rainbow have a lot of Atkins stuff but I am trying to avoid it. Same for the 1 carb candy bars - I picked those up at GNC & Walgreens last time I went lc & binged on them. I know other people have done well on the lc foods, but for me personally, I have to pass.
