I would definitely check with your doctor. LCplans control high blood pressure. Many people wind up getting completely off of the meds even if they've been on two kinds! The tiredness and sleepyness can indeed by a sign of low blood pressure. You might ask your doctor if you can cut the dose in half. But do be monitored.
